I have worked with Arnold Oyola for many years both at Johnson and Johnson Professional and Innovative Spinal Technologies. At Johnson and Johnson, Arnold and I both worked in R&D in the Knee Group where we helped develop Total Knee Replacement Instruments and Implants. Arnold has very strong engineering and problem solving skills. His work ethic is second to none. In addition, he is an excellent team member, helpful and respectful to others, and pleasant to work with. At Innovative Spinal Technologies, Arnold and I continued our relationship as developers of medical devices, this time, Spinal products. Arnold went on to becoming an Engineering Manager and eventually Director. He was able to balance the needs of the company with the skills of those who reported to him. Mike Perriello
