Core Responsibilities - Translate the brand strategy into a tactical framework, including processes, for execution in our to-go-markets - Write brand guidelines and set-up an approval process in order to enhance/protect brand image. - Establish strong relationships with in- and external stakeholders and suppliers in order to influence brand strategy alignment and deliver excellence in execution against ambitious growth targets. - Lead the development of the core creative ideas supporting brand activation across various departments of the business - marketing, sales, operation and product units. - Deliver the master files and assets across all touch points in the customer journey, including the global marketing campaigns. - Identify PR opportunities and activations. - Deliver a bespoke Brand & Quality program including supporting tools to engage staff and drive brand consistency.
