I joined the IT department in 2021 to get educated on the science behind our system by working closely with our software developers and at the same time add value to the team with my experience and knowledge on Operations.I will be testing our internal software which is used by Choice internally as well as the systemic tools used by our clients, the Ops team and our SSL's in the field.New features are released on a regular basis and require reviewing and testing before they are deployed. Also bugs / errors in existing options need to be fixed and tested so they can be used as soon as possible.Very thankful for the chance I was given to learn and develop my skills and knowledge internally.
