At the lifestyle print magazine for men, I learned more about digital marketing, branding, social media communication and was actively involved in sales negotiations. I was also able to write articles and edit texts. Creative skills that benefit Kitoko's social channels. As head bartender and team leader at Café & Restaurant Einstein (1st 2012/3rd 2018 Best of Swiss Gastro), I was responsible for the overall organisation and the sale of drinks. I was also able to gain my first leadership experience and was responsible for five team members at peak times. I learned a lot about customer needs and how to satisfy them. In my internship, I was responsible for an optimal process flow during the clarification of psychological suitability of future train controllers and train drivers as well as university graduates. In this process, I was able to learn many skills that I can contribute to Kitoko: I learned about the process and organization of assessments lasting several days, the implementation of personality tests, as well as important core competencies and skills of the psychologists employed there.
