Started as a line operator, but soon, chasing my ambitions, I moved to the internal team and was involved in designing and re-thinking the process to modernize packing lines and completely rebuild the factory entirely. Together with the architect and factory executive manager we rethought, planned and drawn the project to enlarge the factory building, extend product lines, renew the old ones and add new machines.
