  I am the Maryland Accounts Executive for North Industrial Chemicals, Inc. (NIC), a fourth generation, family-owned company out of York, PA. Established in 1945, we pride ourselves on three core pillars: integrity, dependability and quality service in all facets of business development. After spending 31 fulfilling years in the world of public education I decided to step outside my comfort zone in 2022 and challenge myself by entering into an entirely different career. Surrounded by a tremendous supporting cast at NIC, I continue to gain insight, grow professionally and feel valued each and every day. I am able to draw parallels between my time in education and the chemicals industry. Both rely heavily on building trusting relationships as well as strategic partnerships when striving for success. Our biggest goal is to be a dependable single-source supplier for our customers. If/when that is not possible, we work with our many resources to ensure there are no interruptions to the needs of our customers. The growth of North Industrial Chemicals, Inc. produced the need for dedicated personnel in the Maryland/DC/NOVA area and that is where I come into play. I am located in central Maryland which allows NIC to provide quality and timely service along with efficient maintenance of accounts to all businesses partnering with us. We are a small business ourselves which affords us the opportunity to develop and evolve our product line and respond quickly to our customers.
