As Director of Communications I have been in charge of all aspects of communication and strategy internally and externally, including content marketing responsible internally and externally. Responsible for the rebranding and brand strategy developed in 2011/12. Responsible for brand strategy and brand development. Central in defintition of the company's value platform. The value platform is the fundament for the company and the platform is well adopted among the 230 employees. In internal surveys the adaption of the value platform and mission is ranked No.1 among 66 measured valiables (internal employee satisfaction survey 2014). I was also a central part of the task force in charge of the putting a new course to the company in 2011/12. Also in charge of the company's client satisfaction survey: the methodology, process, reporting and follow up to all employees, units and branches. The overall client satisfaction has rised from 70/100 points in 2011, to 77/100 points in 2013 to 84/100 points in 2015. The best branch in our portfolio reaching a client satisfaction of 93/100 points. The financial results for the company has developed from revenues of 300 mill. NOK in 2011 with a result of 5.2 mill. Jesper Kunde, the owner of Kunde & Co had published a book "Corporate Religion". I knew the academic approach to market orientation from my previous years at Norwegian School of Management (BI). Kunde & Co was the only agency in Europe at that time that had a structured, qualitative and quantitative method and approach to positioning and brand strategy. As Managing Director for the Norwegian marked I was incharged of new bizz strategies for the Norwegian market and also as Client Director of the deliverance to the Norwegian customes. That included being part of all the faces of the Kunde & Co process, methods and approach to the client projects.
