  As project manager my responsibilities are to oversee the complete process of fulfilling any scopes that are requested by our clients in the naval sector as well as in the oil and gas field. This translates into leading the various stages of receiving requests, scoping, quoting specific deliverables, sourcing and assigning the necessary resources and materials, streamlining the production process to ensure each project is delivered on time and on (or under) budget and tying up all the paperwork of quality data packages, acceptance letters, timesheets and invoices to both client and suppliers. In order to bring a project to completion safely, on time, within budget and with the confidence to guarantee a lasting result I rely heavily on strong communication between the different departments of HSE, human resources, supply chain and quality control.
