I have met Arnaud as my student of MIS at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He clearly exceeded as a brilliant individual that ranked at the top of the class. He completed an exceptional master thesis in Decision Support Systems that made a contribution to the field. It involved the design and operations of a new virtual organisation in Canada; with clients in USA and a Call Center in India. I witnessed then his progress in that environment as he designed a computer based algorithm and used data mining technics to filter collected data as a way to effectively target interesting market segments that deserve special attention and those that do not present any potential.
