In April 2010 I have joined the Bing Editorial team at Microsoft in London to work on the French market. Our responsibility is to improve the quality of the search engine Bing for the French market. One of my main tasks is to work on the Visual Search, which was launched successfully in February 2011.

Responding to the Business Development Manager I have responsibility for new subscribers, sending welcome emails and dealing with the queries of clients and potential clients. Much research was involved in order to expand and build the reputation of the service. Participation in the organisation of events was also one of my tasks. A lot of Customer Relationship Management was involved in this position. Lately, on my own initiative I was in charge of producing weekly reports on the activity of the site for the BDM and pointing out the main sales opportunities. I introduced a marketing level to my relationship with my BDM.
