  From 2006 to 2008, I started as a Project Manager Development for oil pump and water pump for different OEMs. During this period I was responsible for the coordination of all design/validation activities linked to the Product (CAD, tests, numerical simulation, prototyping, expertise, etc.). From 2008 to 2011, I was Product Manager, meaning I was the product expert responsible for the following tasks: • Standardization of product design rules at group level (5 development sites and 4 production sites worldwide) • Management of technical training at group level • Technical meetings with new customers • Innovation activities development and product roadmap definition Since 2012, I took the responsibility of the R&D department: • Team management of 35 employees + 10 contractors (design, simulation, project management, prototypes and testing) • 35 different projects worldwide: innovation, serial development and serial production support (product turnover 150M€) • Annual budget managed: 6M€ and 500K€ of investment Since 2012, I am also sitting at the Management Committee of the company Show less

  From 2004 to 2005, I got a first mission at PSA as a simulation engineer. My task was to run simulation with Matlab/Simulink to optimize the performance of a 2,2l biturbo diesel engine From 2005 to 2006, I got a 2nd mission at PSA as a Development Engineer. During this period, I was responsible for the development of specific fuel filter and fuel lines for Ford. From 2004 to 2005, I got a first mission at PSA as a simulation engineer.
