The company has plants in Barcelona and Soria and employs more than 70 employees. My tasks as Chief Operations Officer, being responsible for the daily operations of the company, are: Management and coordination of the 2 plants of the company leading 50 employees, establishment of the performance goals, allocation of resources, direct execution of operating policies to support company objectives and analysis of new projects. It is important to highlight: •The design and implementation a new ERP that allowed to obtain KPI’s that are improving the efficiency of the plants. •The profitability increase in both plants by a detailed study of the profit margins of all the products managed and a by a better planning of the production. The main company of the group was in a bankruptcy process from December 2008 to September 2010.My tasks as Deputy General Manager and member of the board for the companies of the group were: definition and fulfillment of the strategy, corporate development, coordination of cross-functional working teams, development of financial models and planning, budget follow-up and periodic presentations, development and implementation of viability plans, liaison with investors, banks and public administrations, and leadership of a sports center business unit.
