I worked with Armine in a variety of roles/responsibilities going back to at least 2012 while she was at Western Union. Most often we were colleagues working on a project within our finance organization, and for a period of time was a direct report. Over those years, I really enjoyed working with Armine, she is the definition of a true professional, and is able to take on very complicated projects & deliver great results every time. One of the most significant projects we worked on was a huge effort to revamp the way our company looked at P&Ls internally. It required a deep knowledge of our back end systems and took creative thinking on how to re-engineer those processes to produce a new structure. Armine took on a large portion of that work herself, and our ability to complete that project successfully was in large part to those efforts. She is a person I could always count on, and was extremely reliable in all situations to provide high quality work, and always on deadline.
