Sid Adelman
I'd been a data warehouse/business intelligence (DW/BI) consultant for over 19 years and I'd been in medium to large organizations working to improve the way they've made DW/BI effective. What I learned was that it wasn't me that made the difference, it was the executives that took the ideas and best practices and made them work in their organizations. No one did it better than Armik. Besides her ability to understand the technical issues, her people skills, working with the end users and senior executives, her staff (who loved her), and the software vendors resulted in the successes we consultants are proud to claim some small part of.

As part of the TDWI family Armik has spent a lot of time challenging the faculty, working on our panels and asking the hard questions. She has restructured and motivated teams at ATT and Directv to be on the leading edge of insight rather than just on delivering data.
