      Arman streamlined the store opening & store support processes as Afound prepared for international expansion as existing models were not scalable. Including reviewing existing HW choices, providers, agreements and merging with existing H&M framework to keep costs down. He also lead minor projects such as changing to integrated EFT and identifying & implementing PoC cases for the MS Power Platform together with Afound business and Microsoft architects.
