Riga, Latvia Project Management helped me to understand the fundamentals of crucial parts to deliver a project within a budget, time schedule and quality. Understood the importance of monitoring project execution to notice potential threats ahead and being able avoid them in the best case or prepare to have the least impact on the project overall.

Riga, Latvia Co-founding an NGO was never something I had imagined myself doing, but the opportunity presented itself when my friend and I noticed a lack of support for youth exchange programs in our community. We were both passionate about providing opportunities for young people to experience different cultures and broaden their horizons, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and create our own NGO "Peace of Mind".

Lisbon, Portugal Right before Covid took over the Europe, I had a great opportunity to lead a project in Lisbon, Portugal. Apart from an amazing location this was also a Red Bull UCI Pump Track Championship Finals track, which means it should be delivered at highest precision and quality to ensure Worlds best athletes get what they have worked for. As well as it should look perfect from any possible camera angle while streamed on RedBull TV.
