Arlette gave me my first job in the United States and taught me everything there was to know about the ins and outs of being an administrative assistant. I would not have been able to make it through my first year of college without her help!!

Carol Fineberg

Arlette is smart and quick to learn what she does not know. She is honest and forthright, and handles phone work very well. She has learned well how to manage people and paper, and puts her artistic creativity to work as a multi talented office manager. She has acquired excellent training in the in's and out's of public relations as well as management of adults and children in her work at AileyCamp. She is a very accomplished teaching artist and professional photographer. Arlette worked for me soon after she graduated from college and has maintained her relationship with me as she has evolved from mentee to colleague in the field of arts education.
