As a Property Manager, I am responsible for drafting long-term landlord and tenant leases, making sure they follow state document requirements, working with the major cellular carriers and the property owners, reviewing title reports to make sure land owners have a clean title, reviewing property surveys, entering data into our temperamental in-house software program, making sure payments are coming in and going out correctly, and much, much more. I was given the title of Property Manager for lack of a better title.
