Over the past four years, I've worked in the real estate property management industry. Currently, I manage two houses. I am responsible for the finances and handling all the properties expenses by keeping an excel sheet and analyzing the appropriate data so that I can present the information to the owner. From finding tenants, collecting rent, dealing with problems that may arise, etc., it has been such a pleasure learning all the steps involved in owning a rental property.
