Originally as an internship assigment, then my lecturer lift it up on to Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi project as PPBT (Perusahaan Pemula Berbasis Teknologi). Then, we got approach by them and they fund us for research more the project in the health field. 3d cast fixation is used during healing period after fracture surgery. 3D cast fixation is a product replaces the general cast fixation (gips). I made 3d cast fixation use Rapid Prototyphing methods. It started from the scanning part of the body (for example : hand). Then, i designed 3d model of 3d cast fixation by Autodesk Fusion 360.
