- On-board new clients to our environment through coordinated efforts across multiple departments. - Gather data on the current setup of incoming clients, audit their configurations to replicate them as best as possible within our system while maintaining company guidelines, and determine whether newly-requested applications can be supported. - Request appropriately-resourced VMs, and configure them with the applications contracted by the client. Replicate any customizations made by the client, and import their data. Thoroughly test the newly-created servers with the client and then import final data, whether through application-specific restoration processes, manual data shuffling, or MSSQL database restorations. - Coordinate between multiple clients and vendors to facilitate acquisitions, whether they occur outside of our environment pre-onboarding, during the on-boarding process, or after one client is already within our system. - While the on-boardings complete back-to-back, provide any needed expertise for client exits. - Train new hires to the team to ensure continued on-boarding fulfillment. - Establish best practices as applications change and document them for internal KB's. Update existing KB articles with changes, and create articles for new applications. - Coordinate with Team lead and teammates to further polish our effectiveness.

This included audits for compatibility, new installations, updates, data mergers, and resolving escalated issues from the L1 team.
