      -Face texture generation with deep generative networks for 3D modelling of pedestrians.-Machine Learning-Deep Learning-Computer VisionA short description of my thesis:- In today’s scenario to develop autonomous driving systems it is very important to first train and test the autonomous system through a simulator. To replicate real life scenarios the simulator should thrive to create the simulation graphics as life like as possible. One of the most important aspect of a simulation environment are the pedestrians. The modelling of the pedestrians should be as accurate as possible, so that the autonomous systems can recognize a human being to the highest accuracy as possible to avoid any mishap. Hence my part of the project is to generate textures that will be wrapped on a 3D facial model which will then be a part of a complete 3D model.Challenges:-1. The main challenge is the unavailability of dataset. As there are no texture dataset available, the foremost challenge was to create a dataset from the limited resources available and then try to train the network with the limited number of data.2. The other challenge is to create variations as much as possible. And not just random variations. The variations should be based on some conditions. Like generating textures with only black hair, brown hair, narrow face, wide face, etc.3. Devising methods to assess the Degree of Realism obtained for the generating texture.4. Generate the texture based on the UV map of the 3D facial model.5. Devising methods to perform Variational Analysis of the Generated textures.6. Finally wrapping the texture on the 3D model.
