I had the opportunity to work with Ark at Zoo Printing. I was there to witness his rise to the top of the organization. Ark is a natural leader and leaves a lasting impression. He has a take charge approach to everything he does. As Ark became in charge of the entire organization, we began to work closer together on hiring initiatives and had the opportunity to travel together evangelizing what we were doing at Zoo Printing. I remember going to a college recruiting event, a dinner with graduating seniors, and Ark knew everybody in the print industry that was there!
