At NIUA Arjun and I, worked together to develop an online urban capacity building application for a local development authority. My job was to articulate our team's policy goals which Arjun translated into our deliverable online. His ability to understand the underlying policy goal of the project and his skill at communicating the web-application development process to me made our job considerably easier and our product extremely user-friendly and successful.
