Rarely when you ask someone to complete a task does it go exactly as planned. Sometimes the technology doesn't work exactly as expected, sometimes the people needed aren't available, and sometimes it just takes a little creativity. The most important thing you can do, though, is to keep moving forward and to keep making progress. Arjun does an excellent job of this; he sees the problem, and finds the solution. If the proposed solution is risky, he'll quickly identify the pros and cons of it before moving forward.
