My journey with Arjon begins more than a year ago here at Slice. Arjon was my direct team leader for 10 months until he resigned. Because of his coaching and trainings, I went from meeting my goals target 40% of the time to exceeding it every quarter and the position that I am today. He also went out of his way to encourage different perspectives and diverse viewpoints, which deepened our connections with other team members and made us stronger as a team. If you ever have the chance to work with Arjon, I’d say that he is the most positive & straightforward person and I’d wholeheartedly recommend 11/10. We were peers during the most challenging period - throughout the pandemic. He was the most engaged TL at that point and made sure the team felt supported and important. He has a very positive attitude, and is promoting it throughout the organization. He’ll make sure he finds and answer when things get rough and will always look for a solution, no matter how impossible it looks. He’ll be a great addition to any Support or Sales teams.
