Facilitair Manager Sustainable tiny offices

As the Facility Manager of 12GOGREEN, I was the lead researcher for the implementation of tiny offices in different government agencies. The work environment surrounding Covid-19 had a lot of effect on the experience, flexibility and vitality of the employee. The purpose of my research was to find out how the government agencies could implement the tiny offices in their work environment to support the health of the employees. As the Event and Travel Manager, I was responsible for the contract negotiations with (international) partners regarding events and travel from the Netherlands to Australia. Also, I contributed to the development of the strategy to strengthen the brand image, including the organization of multiple events and conferences for marketing, banks, and large cooperation’s.
