I worked with Arjen in my team for a period of 5 years and found out that Arjen is a born champion and a leader. An intelligent sales professional and a manager with an extreme good work ethic who is respected at all levels. Number two is not good enough and not acceptable for him. In everything he is doing you will find this mentality. In his sports he goes for the extreme. In his professional life he does the same. In sales he is the best sales guy I have ever met. Target is target. He is the deal maker, and then I mean the real big deals. This because he makes sure he has and maintains his relationships at the highest strategic levels and always keeps his word. As a manager he has the capacity to motivate his team to go for the best. He leads by example. Next to the fact that he is a busy and good performing professional he also has a rich social life and takes good care of his family. Work hard and play hard is an expression that fits his mentality to go for extremes. It has been an honor and a pleasure to work with him and I will never forget the challenging and motivating one on ones we had.
