Project Engineer – Electrical and ELV System Project Assigned: Msheireb Downtown Phase 1BDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Conduct design of electrical engineering, parameters and review.• Maintain logs and supervise RFIs, Daily Reports and Submittals.• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and involve in design/review/ implementation of all Low Voltage, ELV functions and discipline required for the project.• Support Project Manager with electrical project establishment and closeout.• Ensure to make decisions related to electrical engineering principles application to operation problems and requirements proposed• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions• Prepare documented design inputs.• Review design inputs and review of engineering drawings.• Prepare BOQ and project executions.• Guide project installation and commissioning on final load testing.• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.• Assure that the installations of ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Active Components, BMS etc.) are in compliance with drawings, required specifications and standards.• Testing and commissioning of ELV System• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.• Perform other duties as assigned.
