In this position I have sold Heat Power (CHP) installations and maintenance contracts for a CHP gas-powered engine of the MTU brand (Daimler Chrysler) in greenhouse horticulture, industry and utility. I also had the task of expanding the market share in the southern Netherlands and Belgium region and supporting in determining the strategy through market and competition analysis. In addition to direct sales, I have supported foreign dealers and distributors in the sales process and with the development of customer-specific solutions. I was responsible for concluding sales agreements and maintenance contracts within the set margin and revenue objectives. I have often been able to use my creativity, technical insight and empathy with the customer and his processes to offer customer specific solutions and thereby conclude the agreements. In this position I learned, among other things, that assignments are often awarded on the basis of competencies, trust and personal relationships. Partly as a result of this, I have achieved a breakthrough in the southern Dutch and Belgian market for CHPs in greenhouse horticulture by entering into a strategic partnership. In 2008, this generated the largest and most profitable part of Enerflex's sales budget. My main task was to manage and deliver international CHP projects within agreed budget, scope of delivery, quality and time in greenhouse horticulture, industry, district heating, utility and sustainable energy generation (biogas). I was responsible for financial responsibility for several projects per year, ranging from 250,000 to 5 million euros at home and abroad. In this position I was also responsible for agreeing more / less work, managing engineering, planning, budgeting, invoicing, purchasing and price and contract negotiations with suppliers and partners. I was able to use my creativity and communication skills to coordinate with all stakeholders so that the installations were optimally integrated into the installation of the customer. This includes transport, heating, electricity, utility connection, CO2 and engineering. Partly because of this I have delivered all projects to the satisfaction of the clients within the margin objectives. As a project team we have, together with the sales team and the service department, optimized the cooperation and internal processes with the result that the installations are built within budget and the service department can operate the installations optimally and profitably for 10 years and longer. Noteworthy are the successful realization of two large district heating projects in Rouen and Le Havre of 7.5 MWe each and a number of large projects at Industrial customers in Turkey, France, Poland, Belgium and Germany.
