  • Manually wash the sapwood or the cut part of the ingot and put it on the SKY machine conveyor to rinse and dry properly. • Test the type of sapwood, if negative or positive, then put it in the box and label it correctly based on its classification. • Drive the forklift to transfer the box of sapwood to the next station for the next process. • Operate the IAB robot machine that is responsible for putting the ingot on the pallet. • Operate the SKY machine, which is for sapwood cleaning. • Troubleshoot the machine if it has an error. • Ensuring the ingot measurement is properly placed on the pallet and checking the wire position to avoid inaccurate output from the SQR (cutting machine). • Transfer the pallet full of ingots using a forklift in preparation for cutting and when inserting it in the SQR machine. • Ensuring to update the file for the end-of Day report that contains total output, percentage, classification of the ingot, and endorsement for the next shift. • Cleaning or PMing the machine regularly to avoid malfunctions Show less
