  Electrical maintenance done of 2 Nos. Electrical arc furnace(2nos.of 9 MVA ) 2. During this exp. 2 nos. of 11/0.433kv 9MVA transformer maintenance and troubleshooting 3.2 nos. of E.O.T. crane of 15 tons main and 5 tons auxiliary 4. Pollution systems 5. H.T. breakers (1250A & 2500A) like Incomer of Furnace, outdoor capacitor breaker and aux. transformer breaker maintenance and troubleshooting. 6. LT panels and Breakers maintenance and troubleshooting 7.DG set of 2 nos. 500KVA maintenance and troubleshooting. A project of 2x11mva Electric Arc Furnace done by me :- 1.H.T and as well as L.T. cabling 2.Installation of H.T. and L.T. breakers and as well as L.T. panels 3.Installation of 2 nos. of 11 MVA and 2.5 MVA transformers. 4.Installation of instrument systems, weigh feeders, AC drives as well as their wiring With the help of Asbuilt. After completion of the project, maintenance work is going on under my supervision. Show less
