I've been a Cafe Leader at two different Blue Bottle locations in New York. First in Williamsburg, where I oversaw daily operations of the cafe located within our production space at the time. I then, with the help of our New Cafe Opening team, opened and operated our cafe at 4 World Trade Center. World Trade Center is one of Blue Bottle's most visible locations in New York City, as well as the most logistically challenging due to security concerns.
