Monitor and take part the operation of Steam Turbine, Lube oil purification pump, Lube Oil system, Compressor system, Boilers, Boiler feed water pump, LP feed water pump, Condensate Pump, Sampling analysis, Boiler dosing system, Boiler water quality testing. Monitor lube oil circulating system in STG as well as other equipment’s, also watch on pump's gear oil lubricating system. Maintain pressure and temperature of lube oil as per instructions. Performs boiler water quality testing and makes corrections to the process as necessary, properly analyses DM makeup water, condensate, steam drum water quality, water conductivity, pH and ensure chemical dosing for boilers as per requirement. A hands-on observation on water treatment process, cooling system for all equipment where required. Look observation on Cooling water, Boiler Feed water pump’s DE and NDE side cooling system, also schedule greasing DE and NDE side of bearing. I used to maintain daily and monthly report for generation, work activities, also inspect safety issue during work starting time and maintain safety permit.
