  I am involved with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group (EDI), the Culture Club and running workshops on decolonisation, stemming from my role as an ambassador for the British Art Show 9. This is alongside my front and back-of-house role in the Operations team. I have keyholder responsibilities for many of the historic properties in Plymouth under the Box's care. I am involved with installing and de-installing exhibitions, including aiding in manually handling fine artwork and maintaining their care. I am also engaged in research projects for upcoming exhibits to help decolonise the Box's collections. This work includes research into historical patronage and provenance and demonstrates the importance of clarity or transparency in exhibitions. Show less

  In this project, I have been developing collaborative workshops with the community s as part of my ambassador project with British Art Show 9. These workshops are focused on them seen in the British Art Show, including black identity, migration and history. Thus far, I have been running workshops in collaboration with The Box and Culture Club (A group for Global Majority People) and we have been challenging complex social narratives about art and tackling topics such as decolonisation, specifically within arts institutions.
