Ariella would be a great asset to any organization. We experienced Ariella's fantastic outreach capabilities when we moved into the neighborhood near the synagogue where she worked as membership coordinator. Ariella went way out of her way to ensure we felt welcomed, and connected us to other members who she believed (correctly) we would have a great connection with. Ariella's skills in membership development and outreach are fantastic!

My coaching sessions with Ariella have impacting my organization tremendously. She really understands the big picture, and explains it in a way that enables me to think in a much more global perspective. This perspective and guidance has led me to identify specific goals, create manageable tasks in order to achieve these goals, and keep focused on the end results. Not only did Ariella keep me accountable, she also gave me various suggestions for actual, implementable programming and marketing. Her ideas for implementation are creative, abundant and practical. She empowered me to make steps that I was honestly scared to do. Our organization's activities increased by 60% and we added four additional educational programs this year that were very popular. Due to the guidance and expertise Ariella brings through her consulting, our Friday night services increased 50% and our network of young professionals, which is our main focus, increased by 10%. We have expanded our programming, and have exposed over 1,000 new people to Chabad of Las Olas. Ariella is always thinking a few steps ahead, honing in on our over-arching goals and feeding them into our existing programs while at the same time, using her innovative ideas and expertise, experience, and connections in the community to help create new programs and bring new faces in.
