  Currently I design, coordinate and execute tests on prototypes implemented and manufactured in the laboratory and on a pilot scale for technologies such as reverse osmosis, ozone generation, advanced oxidation, gas separation, ultrasound, filtering, among others. As RnD Manager I develop and oversee technical path for the projects of new technologies for future Water Treatment Processes for the company. For this I made use of Statistical analysis like DoE’s and net working with key suppliers and academic contacts, since I am also leading twice per year the hiring of new graduated Engineers as part of professional practices, this helped me to increase my skills for Developing People. My group of RnD helped to reach $1,106K USD in the development and implementation of new products for the company. I parallel to this role I was completing my PhD in Water Science, for this I had a special assignation at the Desert Research Institute (DRI), in the state of Nevada, USA participating in a project for Fluoride’s removal present in industrial wastewater.
