  Being a campus manger for University Tee's intel a few different roles. I reach out to customers or potential customers and introduce myself to them and what I do. Once I get in contact with a customer and they are willing to go through us, I will ask them quite a few questions to know what they are looking for. Once I get in contact with a customer and they are willing to go through us, I will ask them quite a few questions to know what they are looking for. Once they tell me all the things that are interested in I create a job on our website. I communicate with the customer if they have changes they want to make to the design our art team created, if the price is too high for their budget I suggest changes that can do to make sure it fits more in the budget. If someone comes up as in stock issues I communicate that with the customer and let them know the options, or if they want to change the brand they are using, or if they want to go to a non-pocket. I make sure that the customer is happy in every situation when issues arise. Once they artwork has been approved by the customer, and the order is complete I make sure to follow up with mt customer to see if they were satisfied.
