Resolved internal conflict within the organization through structured meetings. Spring 2017 - Applied and selected as the GIN System chair. Organized files and calendar within the GIN System app for user efficiency and managed the point system for events. Spring 2018 - Applied and selected as the Alumnae Relations Chair. Fostered relationships between the undergraduate chapter and the Alumnae chapters by creating bi-monthly newsletters and hosting networking events.
