Ariel is an excellent Python tools TD: a force multiplier who will make the rest of your team more efficient. I started her building small Maya scripts but she quickly graduated to more complex projects, proactively helping teammates with tool improvements in Maya and Mari, building powerful batch tools, and eventually refactoring our entire toolset to bring it up to date. All of this while also doing 3D production work. Ariel is also conscientious, pleasant, organized, and gets things done, but I consider those qualities to be table stakes, you know?

Ariel is one of the finest illustrators I have ever taught. She has been in beginning and advanced Digital Illustration with me. Her skills are amazing.
