  Partnership for Public Services is a consortium of non-governmental agencies and private institutions that are determined to encourage the creation of improved quality of public services in South Sulawesi. These institutions are the Tribun Timur Daily Newspaper, Center for Public Policy Management (PK2MP) FISIP UNHAS, Institute for Democracy and Autonomy (LeDO), Institute for Public Policy Studies (LSKP). In 2010, we have assessed the ability of government websites districts / cities in South Sulawesi to be an instrument for public service.
