Arie was a fantastic leader at WeWork both to me personally as well as to the market more broadly. Arie created an atmosphere of industriousness where operations were handled smoothly and the team was encouraged to pursue stretch projects outside our official job description. This resulted in a genuinely enjoyable work experience and a high-performing team. If you're looking for someone who leads by example, is a resource for growth and development, and is able to think creatively then Arie will be a great asset.

The privilege of time I have spent working with Arie has been life-changing and foundational for my career. As a senior leader for WeWork, I was immediately impressed with Arie when she joined the team a few years ago for a few key reasons. 1.) Her ability to lead and manage people. 2.) Her business acumen and ability to operate/drive a business. 3.) Her cultural impact to the teams she's a part of. Arie's methodology for leading people is rooted in self-authenticity, honest communication, and genuine and deep care for growing and pushing her team to be better. She's a fearless leader that demands excellence from her teams in a way that feels supportive and encouraging. She is not afraid to give feedback (no matter who the audience). Her comfort in the space of feedback allows her to create spaces of trust wherever she is standing. I've witnessed her give thoughtful feedback and coaching to GMs, Directors, Managers, Leads, and hourly employees. The work that she has put in has led to many individual team promotions, strategy roll-outs, conflict resolutions, and ultimately a stronger team of business leaders who are empowered by her support. The business acumen that Arie is equipped with gives her an operational edge in the world of People Management and HR practices. She can tie the methodologies, policies, and standards that team members should follow, to a bottom-line result of how those decisions impact the business. This has made her a preferred people partner, not only to myself but to many others as well. She has covered my blind spots in so many ways that make me a better business leader. I trust Arie. I trust her judgment, I trust her decision making, and I trust her recommendations. The most impactful part of her is the Love, Joy, and Happiness her team members feel about her each and every day. When Arie walks into a room of her peers she is greeted with cheers, hugs, and smiles. It is impossible to quantify this "X" factor that she has that makes people feel so drawn to her. But, if I had to sum it up - I believe that Arie is the best at making people around her feel "human". It sounds like such a simple thing but it means the world to her teammates and peers. Arie Cutler is a true team player, a true friend, and a true professional. I am beyond grateful for the luxury of having her on my team. She's made a life long impression on me and I have learned so much from her. #Grateful Jordan McBride Director of Operations
