I work with New Student and Family Programs as an Undergraduate Ambassador. My duties include but are not limited to: giving tours, conducting new student orientations, giving information sessions/presentations, customer service, overseeing the front desk of the Welcome Center, facilitating special events on campus and helping students with any other part of their admissions process. I work with students and guests of all ages. We do tours and events for elementary aged children all the way up to our adult learners. 2nd Assistant Manager

Aug 2012 - Sep 2015
Hy-Vee was my first job at 16. I started as a Courtesy Clerk but dedicated myself to the job and quickly expanded my responsibilities, learned multiple departments and eventually became a manager. I did back-end work: receiving trucks, organizing pallets and the stock room, supervising the aisles, overseeing stockers and the other departments, inventory and many other day to day tasks. I ended my career at Hy-Vee when I came to college. I didn't have the ability to be a full-time manager and a full-time student as a freshman, so I chose school in hopes to find my calling.
