I had the pleasure of being Ari's manager at the Hampton Inn while she was living in the Berkshires. During Ari's interview my GM and I both agreed that we had to hire her, knowing fully well that her capacity would eventually lead her to something more appropriate of her talents. While with us, Ari exhibited a tremendously professional demeanor in difficult situations, while also connecting with guests on an intellectual level that had them too wondering how long we'd be able to hold on to her. She was constantly in command of her responsibilities, and never needed managing. Her departure, while sad, was with only best wished from the team.

Ari has taken special events at SafePlace to a new level. She expertly manages committees and logistics to build and expand existing events in order to raise more money and engage new donors, while never losing sight of the organization's mission. Ari has a way of connecting with donors, colleagues and volunteers and anticipating needs so that everyone on all levels feels taken care of so they can focus on the work at hand. Not only is she an expert at event planning and management, but she has a clear vision of what the organization needs and how to get there. Ari's work at building community support to more than double third party fundraising revenue in less than a year has made her an invaluable asset to our team. It is a privilege to work with someone so dedicated to the mission and so skilled at her work.

In this role, I managed a small marketing team. Our responsibilities ranged from creating new companies to branding, website building, and designing marketing campaigns around these businesses. As a manager, I oversaw project intake meetings, content building, development of sales support materials, campaign planning, and working with outside vendors, as needed. We are moving forward and building our team; recognizing our need for a stronger online presence. As we progress, our company(ies), will set the stage in the healthcare world, offering successful medical alternatives (in pain management, allergy immunotherapy, and more). The overall goal of Safe Harbor is not only to ensure compliance standards but to offer a well-rounded approach to healthcare; from observational studies to medical supplies, sterile pharmacies, a pharmacy network, and support staff to provide additional ancillary services in a physician's office. Companies under Safe Harbor that I worked on Marketing for: Clarity Research | Pharmagenetico | AllerPac | AIM |

Hired by Clarity, my role was to promote the IRB-approved medical studies conducted by Clarity. This would be done via print materials, email and ad campaigns, conference attendance, and poster presentations. After two months with Clarity, my role transitioned into marketing for Safe Harbor as well as the companies under its umbrella; Clarity Science, RSVPRx, RxAll, PharmaGenetico, and AllerPac. Responsibilities in this role range from project management, adapting and writing content, designing email campaigns, ad campaigns, handling social media, participating in landing page and website design, brand development, scripting training videos, and creating sales support pieces to successfully recruit doctors into our studies. My role also allows me to assist in study launches, preparations of study support materials such as study protocols, consent forms, and survey designs, as well as working with the IRB to gain approvals for the medical studies we wish to conduct. Skills: SalesForce, TaskRay, WordPress, (familiarizing myself with Active Campaign, Sharp Spring, HubSpot, and more).

This position was an internship on campus at Framingham State College's Career Services and Employer Relations office. I helped plan Career Events, worked on programs and fliers to raise awareness on campus, and created a Facebook Group, and invited students from Campus to join. It was a place where students could come to ask questions, and learn about Career events that were coming to campus.
