Complete all documentation within agency timelines as specified in CRC policies. 6. Maintain the clinical record and ensure complete, accurate and timely documentation of all client services. 7. Participate in staffing’s, program meetings and trainings as scheduled. 8. Meet regularly with immediate supervisor for consultation and direction. 9. Immediately notify Clinical Director and/or Compliance Officer of serious policy violations or ethical concerns. 10.
