Bio
Lindsay Umstead
I worked with Arianna for four years. In those three years I learned a lot from Arianna. She’s not only a dedicated and competent employee, but she also cares deeply for the people that she works with. She takes on special projects and goes above and beyond to solve problems and is always educate herself to advance her skills. She is smart and hard working and excels at whatever she puts her mind to. She developed a much needed training on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome that’s not only educational, but eye opening on a topic that needs to be talked about. She also trains people to use Positive Supports First not only from the company she works at but also other agencies and most recently did a training for a group at BGSU. She deals with difficult topics on a daily basis while treating each topic with the grace and dignity it deserves. She’s going to do great things.
