Arianna is an exceptional software engineer and bootcamp instructor. I was fortunate enough to be one of Arianna's instructors the entire time she was a student at App Academy, but I also worked with her while she was an instructor as well, so this recommendation should really count double! As a student she was incredibly passionate about learning the material, and made some outstanding projects, but also really focused a significant amount of her time helping he fellow students debug their code, so her joining the team of instructors post graduation was no surprise. This passion for coding and teaching kept growing as she developed into a remarkable instructor. If you are looking for a knowledgable, passionate, caring, helpful coworker, Arianna is the perfect fit for you! Hire her ASAP before someone else does!

Started as a customer service representative. Managed customer accounts and assured maximum profit with perfectionism before submitting orders. Handled complaints and issues professionally, establishing customers who would only place future trust in me. Maintained a monthly sales average of over $100,000–and remained a top 5 sales associate every month, obtaining an award that only the top 10 employees from the entire company received. Trained new employees after a few months, and became the training coordinator; started designing an official training program for new employees. Earned a promotion within less than a year to lead a specialized department as a newly invented role due to the company’s expansions. After the promotion... Implemented my new organized system for training new employees, and trained all incoming customer service representatives, even outside of my department. Managed customer accounts, including sales, quotes and complaints, reaching the highest profits in shower sales ever seen. Was trusted with company funds to create purchase orders to our vendors in order to manage inventory. Distributed tasks to assistant along with further daily training. Show less
