Going inside the heart and soul of the city and meet the people, places and businesses that make Rotterdam such a fantastic place. Local, unique and exclusive. At the moment we are offering different thematic tours: Highlights, Harbour, Wild West, Food 'n Route and Rooftops. My role includes: - Overall business operations, including: strategy, finance, product development, communications, marketing and sales - Coordination and management of a team of ten guides - Organization of (half) day programs for up to 200 people Achievement: Currently (since 2015) more than 1000 tours provided and more than 9000 satisfied customers.
