      MERALCO Power Camp is an internship program that only accepts 30 outstanding students in the country to have the opportunity to experience on-the-job immersion and project-based activities on MERALCO. It also include leadership training and personal brand development.During my internship, we were grouped into 3 members to provide a customer touchpoint strategy that will increase MERALCO's customer centricity image. To help us examine the nature of the case, we were assigned in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Office to study the role of the department and its potential to contribute in increasing the customer centricity image of the company. We also visited and observed different customer touchpoints used by Meralco such as Bayad Center, and MERALCO business centers.At the end of the program, my groupmates and I formulate a touchpoint strategy that utilizes the Bayad Center, a subsidiary of MERALCO, and the new MERALCO kiosk to increase the company's customer centricity image and presented it to the top executives of MERALCO.
