I currently manage the Focused Ultrasound Laboratory within the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at the University of Utah. We are a biomedical engineering laboratory investigating several ways to improve MR-guided focused ultrasound, and apply it to different medical scenarios. Some focal points of our research include: novel treatments for triple negative breast cancer, brain tumors, and essential tremor.
